The Biggest Tennis Weekend in New Mexico Returns September 25–27, 2026!

The 2026 Nusenda Duke City Open is back and bigger than ever! As a USTA Sanctioned Level 4 regional tournament, the Duke City Open has become one of New Mexico’s premier adult tennis events, drawing players from across the Southwest to compete, connect, and celebrate the game.

Hosted by the Tennis Club of Albuquerque, with additional matches at Jerry Cline Tennis Center, this year’s tournament is expected to attract more than 200 players and hundreds of spectators throughout the weekend. From exciting competition to a welcoming social atmosphere, the Duke City Open showcases everything that makes New Mexico tennis special.

Year after year, players praise the tournament’s organization, competitive draws, friendly environment, and outstanding volunteer and staff support. The event has earned a reputation as one of the Southwest Section’s favorite tournament destinations.

More than just a competition, the Duke City Open brings together players of all ages and skill levels from across Albuquerque and beyond.
